We have strict criteria with our suppliers. We want to know that sustainable sourced products and recycling procedures are used wherever possible.

Our Chinese manufacturing partner has committed to us that all employees are over the age of 18, labour laws are enforced and that only sustainable sourced wood and textiles are used.

We work closely with them to advise on customer feedback about the products and where improvements can be made. Please do let us know if you have ideas here.

We want to make sure that only the best quality raw materials and ingredients are used and will not accept sub-standard merchandise that is not value for money.
