What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order outside of the small pack sizes (usually 10).
How fast do you dispatch?
Most orders received by midday will leave us on the same day. Orders received after midday will go out on the following day.
We use Interlink Express next day service, who have to-date been very reliable.
How much does delivery cost?
7.99 + VAT for UK. Overseas rates are published on Shipping. If your country is not displayed please let us know and we can supply a quotation.
I have a small order, can you send it by Royal Mail?
No sorry, everything goes by courier. You will need to pay the (still very competitive) shipping charge for all orders.
Do you export?
Absolutely, regularly to most European countries. Also to USA, Saudi Arabia, Africa, if you have a specific enquiry please contact us.
Do you dropship?
No sorry. You can find some very useful lists is dropshippers on the following directories:

There are probably loads more, but you should find most of what you want on these.
Are your products Fair Trade?
We have searched for Fair Trade products and when we see the right stuff at a good price we will consider it. However these products are not Fair Trade. We have a commitment from our manufacturing partner for the wooden and textile products that all employees are over the age of 18, all labour laws are met and that all products come from sustainable sources.
Do you supply a branding service?
Yes, if you would like any of the wooden and textile products to be personalized please discuss this with us. We have several options.
I am looking for something that is not displayed on your website.
If this is the case, please do let us know. It might be as simple as us introducing you to someone who can supply you. Alternatively we may call on some of our manufacturing partners to create something that is specific to your design (subject to minimum order requirements).
